2004 BMW E46 M3 - Full Engine Rebuild
Engine diagnostics and repair, Custom performance tuning
This one came in with some serious rod knock - owner thought it was done for. Tore down the S54, found some bearing issues and decided to go all out. New bearings, refreshed the head, cleaned up the VANOS system. Took about three weeks but man, she purrs now. Added a custom tune too - responsiveness is totally different.

2018 BMW 540i - Complete Brake Overhaul
Brake system maintenance
Client complained about vibration and squealing - turns out the previous shop had been slapping pads on without checking the rotors. Calipers were binding too. We stripped it all down, new rotors all around, rebuilt the calipers, proper ceramic pads. It's like night and day now.

2016 Mercedes-AMG C63 S - Transmission Rebuild
Transmission rebuilding
The 7-speed on this beast was slipping like crazy in 3rd and 5th. Owner was quoted stupid money for a replacement, so we pulled it apart instead. Found worn clutch packs and some valve body issues. Did a complete rebuild with upgraded components. She shifts better than new now - honestly these AMG boxes are tough when you treat 'em right.

2015 Mercedes E350 - Electrical Nightmare Sorted
Electrical system troubleshooting
Oh boy, this one was a headache. Random warning lights, intermittent starting issues, radio cutting out - you name it. Took us a while to track down but there was a damaged harness near the firewall that'd been rubbing for years. Repaired the harness, cleaned up all the connections, replaced some corroded modules. Problem solved. These electrical gremlins can be tricky but we've got the diagnostic tools to hunt 'em down.

2017 Audi S4 - Stage 2 Performance Build
Custom performance tuning, Engine diagnostics and repair
Customer wanted more punch outta his S4 without going crazy. We did a Stage 2 setup - upgraded turbo inlet, high-flow downpipes, better intercooler, and a custom ECU tune. Before it was making about 350hp at the wheels, now we're seeing 430hp. Torque curve is way smoother too. Did full diagnostics before and after to make sure everything's healthy.

2019 Audi A6 - Major Service & Carbon Cleaning
Preventive maintenance services
This A6 came in for a 100k service but the owner mentioned it felt sluggish. Direct injection engines get carbon buildup on the valves - it's just how they are. We did the full service (fluids, filters, spark plugs, the works) plus walnut blasted the intake valves. Got a ton of carbon off there. Runs so much better now and should be good for another 100k.

2012 Porsche 911 Carrera S - Suspension Refresh
Preventive maintenance services
Owner tracks this car a few times a year and the suspension was getting tired. Replaced all the bushings, control arms, and threw in some Bilstein dampers. Also refreshed the brake fluid and bled the whole system. The difference is insane - handles like it's on rails now. These 991s are already great but with fresh suspension components they're something else.

2015 Porsche Cayenne Turbo - Coolant Pipe Fix
Engine diagnostics and repair
These Cayennes have a known issue with the plastic coolant pipes cracking. This one sprung a leak and overheated a bit - luckily the owner caught it quick. Replaced all the coolant pipes with upgraded aluminum ones, new thermostat, full coolant flush. Also checked the engine over thoroughly to make sure no damage was done. She's solid now and won't have that issue again.

2016 VW GTI - Clutch & Flywheel Replacement
Transmission rebuilding
Original clutch was toast at 95k - owner drives in the city a lot so that'll do it. Dual-mass flywheel was showing its age too. Went with a single-mass flywheel conversion and a performance clutch that can handle a bit more torque. Pedal feel is firmer but not crazy heavy. Should last way longer than stock.

2020 Volvo XC90 - Brake System Service

This XC90 sits a lot apparently - rotors were surface rusted pretty bad. Customer was getting pulsation and noise. New rotors and pads all around, flushed the brake fluid (it was pretty dark), cleaned and lubed the slide pins. Also did a full inspection of the calipers - they were fine. Stops nice and smooth now.

2018 Jaguar F-Type R - Full Service & Detail
Preventive maintenance services
This F-Type came in for its annual service but the engine bay was a mess. Did the usual - oil, filters, checked all the fluids, inspected the supercharger system. Then we detailed the engine bay because why not make it look as good as it runs? That supercharged V8 is a work of art and deserves to be shown off properly.
